Bookstore Farts

A nearby Borders is going out of business and offering 20% off... that's like $2.50 off of your average book.... Look at this line!!! For $2.50!!!

Looking around, I found the silliest children's book. I would have bought it if it wasn't for the line... When you open it up, it has lots of animals running for the toilet. When you get to the back, you lift a flap and the book makes a hysterical farting sound. It's great. I think it should be a staple book in everyone's bathroom. =)

It's Friiiiiiday!

Tonight we......

discovered Max must have lived in Asia in his past life.
A natural with chopsticks? :)

Enjoyed all the colorful lights in our neighborhood,

made a new friend,

and photographed the future father/son grunge rock album cover.

Happy Friday to all!!

Seven things that made me smile this week..

Overindulging on valentine's day chocolates,

garage doors that dress up like Batmam,

glimpses of spring,

Max showing off his buddha belly,

colorful houses,

and a perfect afternoon sky

followed by a delicious evening sunset.

1,2,3,4... I Declare Thumb War

The other night I was tired of watching sports. I challenged Mark to a game of thumb war ... winner won control over the remote.

Pick your thumb war disguise...

Dun dun dun (pretend thats the music sound effect..)

Disguises have been chosen.....

And we were off....
It was a hard and long fight... It looked like Mark may have had me beat....

I struggled, and struggled, and struggled...
but in the end, my faithful thumb did not fail me....

I was crowned victorious...

And the crowd went wild...

Hooray for girly TV!

Magic Gardens

I've been living in Philly for about 10 years, and I can't believe I've never visited this place before. It's called the Philadelphia's Magic Gardens.. and it's like a semi-hidden slice of happiness!

One man, Isaiah Zagar, transformed an old empty lot and building into one huge mosaic. Exploring was so much fun!

You can't help but be stunned when you walk in...

Even the ceilings are covered with colorful mosaics..

Do you have mad Where's Waldo skills?? Can you find me in this picture? :)

The outside lot is incredible, there is so much to see...

Even the floors are covered...

Well, hello there!

There are a surprising number of ceramic penises..

Suddenly, we got inspired to do some stairway modeling...

and some very serious spotlight poses...

And of course, nothing says fun more than jumping...

Hehehe... that was fun.
